What is OffordCarePlus?

A tailored monthly package to cover all your contact lens eyecare needs.

What happens when I join OffordCarePlus?

When you and your Optometrist have decided upon the best lens type for you, we will complete the direct debit mandate with you – your bank details are required for this.

The direct debit payment is made on the 2nd or 15th of each month depending upon which suits you best.

We will confirm the date of your first payment, and when your first lenses supplied through the scheme will be due.

You will need to purchase lenses to use until your first scheme lenses arrive – this will involve a one-off payment.

What if my circumstances change?

We hope you will remain with OffordCarePlus for many years, but we do understand that circumstances can change.

If you wish to cancel your Direct Debit or simply suspend it for any length of time you just need to inform us and we will take it from there.

There is no contract and no lengthy notice period.
